Commission Info & Rules

PROCESS

First you contact me with references and descriptions for your commission(s), if I accept, I will give you my PayPal and wait for payment, than within 1-7 days I prepare sketch and show it to you, this is time for adjustments, after you approve sketch I will move to colors and note you when art is ready.

PAYMENT

Payment is done in USD, via PayPal ( I'll give you my PP adress after accepting commission),

I require full payment before starting work, some exceptions might be made with huge projects or upon agreement. Refunds only if I cannot complete your commission for personal reasons.

REVISIONS

After initial sketch you will get one free chance for corrections, but this does not include sudden change of character or full outfit so please be sure about your design, after color every change will require additional payment starting from 5$ for smal changes, unless it's my mistake than changes are on me of course.

REFERENCES

Please provide as precise reference photos, so I can draw as close to your vission as I can, for characters without character sheet, providing those helps a lot:

  • hair style & color

  • eye color

  • outfit pieces & colors

  • pose

  • face expression

if you can't find inspiration for all the points you can leave things like pose or outfit details to me but than there is no changing that later

DEADLINES

I don't have set deadlines, usually for smal commission it takes from 2-10 days, medium 7-14 days and complex 14-30 days, but those are just more or less timeframes, if my list is long it might take 14days for a small chibi, I do accept time limited commissions but they cost extra usually if you need something under 10 days - 30$ of the commission price, under 5days - 50%.

POSTING

You are free to post unwatermarked commissions, without credit (altho I'd greatly appreciate that!) as long as you don't claim to be the author and when asked you share my info and page, any non profit use is fine, avatars, headers for websites, print for personal use and of course you can gift the art when you gift the OC but no resell.

I keep every right to post you commissions on my portfolios and use for advertising (like this site here) but I will never use them for resell or mass print. If you really want to keep the commission private please inform me ahead of order.
